The Consumer Justice Foundation is committed to assisting Dutch citizens with access to justice with regard to consumer products and practices related to consumer’s rights and competition law. We are here as a resource to inform those who have purchased or leased defective products of their rights. The Consumer Justice Foundation strives to hold corporate violators to account.
We are driven by our goal to improve the standing of those who cannot fight for themselves individually, against powerful – and often negligent – corporations. We believe there is strength in numbers. The Consumer Justice Foundation strives to be the most responsive in making the world a better place and changing the future through the law. We work hard for those we represent and seek to unify the claims of Dutch citizens for the benefit of all.
