The purpose of this website is to provide information regarding the claim filed in the Netherlands by the Amsterdam-based law firm Kennedy Van der Laan on behalf of app developers in the Netherlands, and to offer them the opportunity to register in order to be kept informed of the progress of the claim.
By registering your interest via this website, you confirm that you have a genuine intention to follow the claim as a potential group member. You also confirm that you have not formally instructed any other lawyer or entity to file a claim against Apple on your behalf. Furthermore, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of other claimants when submitting a claim similar to this one, and that you are in no way affiliated with any of the proposed defendants, nor will you disclose any information regarding the claim to the proposed defendants.
